A Parcel for the Park - 10K Run & 5K Run/Walk

Join us for the forth annual 10K Run, 5K Run & Walk, and a ½ Mile Trot in Jack Abernathy Davison Regional Park, in Davison, Michigan. Come out and support the Callis Project to help purchase "A Parcel for the Park". The event proceeds will be used to help purchase the 40 acres of land adjacent to the Davison Regional Park.
DETAILS
Date & Time
- Saturday, May 12, 2012
- 10K Run, 5K Run and Walk begin at 9:00 am.
- 1/2 Mile Children's Trot begins at 10:00 am.
Location
Race is held in the Jack Abernathy Regional Park in Davison, Michigan and is located near the Hahn Intermediate School (500 S. Dayton). 10K Run also includes Davison Township roads and trails.
Facilities
There will be restrooms available at the school. Lockers and showers will not be available, so please come dressed to run.
Refreshments
Fruit and water will be provided at the finish line. Water will be provided at two locations on the course.
Childcare
Free childcare will be provided in the Park Playscape while parents are racing.
Course
Both courses are flat and fast with fully paved roads and trails that wind through the Regional Park and Collingwood Subdivision and Davison Township roads and trails.
Timing & Results
Timing and results will be provided by Race Services Company. We will be using ChronoTrack Systems, featuring the disposable B-tag that remains attached to the race number bib.
Results will be posted continuously during the event for review. Complete results will be posted promptly after the event on this website and www.raceservices.com.

Complete Runner Packet Pick-up
Packet pick-up and registration will be held at Complete Runner on May 11, 2012 from 10 am-8:00 p.m. They are located at 915 S. Dort Highway, Flint, MI 48503.
